Worksheet 24: Habit Loops

Building Repeatable Patterns That Support Sustainable Growth

Purpose of This Worksheet:
Your business doesn’t grow from big one-time efforts — it grows through small, repeated actions that compound over time. This worksheet helps you design habits that align with your Business Tree’s goals, reduce decision fatigue, and support both you (the gardener) and your business systems.

Use this worksheet to:

  • Audit current habits (helpful or unhelpful)

  • Design new routines that match your goals

  • Identify triggers, actions, and rewards that reinforce positive loops

Instructions (Step-by-Step):

Step 1: Reflect on Your Current Habit Loops

🟩 Prompt:
What habits (intentional or not) currently shape how you show up in your business?
