Worksheet 17: Offer Ecosystem Mapping

Seeing How Your Offers Interconnect to Serve Clients and Sustain You

Purpose of This Worksheet:
In the Business Tree Model, your branches represent your offers — the ways people can engage with and benefit from your business. A healthy tree doesn’t have just one branch; it has an interconnected system that allows it to grow, bear fruit (sales), and stay resilient.

Use this worksheet to:

  • Clarify your current offers and how they fit together

  • Spot gaps, overlaps, or heavy branches

  • Ensure your offers support both your clients and you

Instructions (Step-by-Step):

Step 1: List All Active and Planned Offers

🟩 Prompt:
What are all the ways someone could pay you right now — or soon?

Offer NameFormat (e.g. 1:1, course)PriceDelivery FormatStatus (Active, Planned)

Capture the full spread of what you’re offering or developing.

Step 2: Identify the Strength of Each Branch

🟩 Prompt:
Which offers feel like:

  • 🌿 Strong branches (well-defined, delivering value, enjoyable to deliver)

  • 🍂 Heavy or overgrown branches (unclear, draining, underperforming)

  • 🌱 New growth (early-stage, exciting, not fully formed yet)

Label each offer from Step 1 accordingly and add short notes below each.

Step 3: Map the Client Journey Through Your Ecosystem

🟩 Prompt:
How might a client move between offers over time?

📌 Example:
Free content → Discovery call → Coaching package → Alumni group or course
