  • A lot of us think we know what reasonable expectations around exercise are, and that we have them.

  • When we investigate our expectations we can get rid of any that are unhelpful - that means we stop trying to do stuff that doesn’t work!

  • Take a moment to check in with anything you assume about movement - does it make sense when you look at it objectively? Subjectively?
