February has been a big behind-the-scenes month, and I wanted to make sure I gave you all the important updates…
1. The Podcast
I’m enjoying nerding out about all things behaviour, business, and change and you can join me by listening to Start with Seonaidh on:
If you’d like to request a topic or have a question you’d like me to answer, let me know! Questions from you lot will always be first on my list.
2. Some New Coaching Skills
If you’d like to work through any of the following, you’re in luck:
Thoughts that keep you stuck
Tricky, sticky emotions like fear, guilt, or anger
Goal setting with your brain instead of around it
Helping your nervous system slow down
Working out new strategies for habitual problems like procrastination
I’m always working to expand the toolbox I bring to our sessions, and the latest run of studying has been less business and more brains.
I’ve spent every Wednesday afternoon since June last year learning new ways to work with your unconscious mind, thoughts and emotions, all so you can spend your energy on reaching your goals - not on fighting with your mind!
If there’s something on your mind, let me know and we can work through it together.
If you’re feeling nerdy: The qualifications themselves are NLP Master Practitioner, and Master Practitioner of Hypnosis, Timeline Therapy, and NLP Coaching. It’s been a whole lot of language, metaphors, and working with your unconscious mind!
3. IAPCM Accreditation
And last but not least, I am now an Accredited Coach Practitioner with the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring!
What does that actually mean?
It means I meet the theoretical, ethical, and practical standards set by IAPCM to operate as a coach. Accreditation is not essential for business coaches, and for me it’s part of showing you that I’m serious about your business too!
That’s all for February from me. In March, I’d like to share some of your updates, so if you have something you’d like to share let me know!
Speak soon,
Seonaidh
