Sessions and Pricing

Most clients notice positive changes and feel better after just one session.

Coaching is a personal choice, so before you choose to book, I offer no-obligation, free chat. This is so I can get to know your issues and aims, as well as giving you the chance to ask any questions you have about coaching with me. During this chat I’ll ask you a few questions, all posed in a way to get your unconscious mind working on the problem - whether it’s a business or personal matter!

ACCESS TO WORK
I accept Access to Work recipients!


Sessions are between 1 hour and 1.5 hours and hosted on Zoom. During the session you’ll learn new techniques to overcome barriers and create positive change in your life.

Where applicable, I will email you instructions for the techniques we have used. If you have any questions after your session you can reach out anytime.

It’s normal to feel tired after a session, so make sure you give yourself some space to recover if needed. It’s also normal to feel elated, if that happens enjoy the day!
